My Leo is obsessed with this toy and will even growl at his sister Cammie if she plays with it too much..sometimes have to put this butterfly toy in timeout…It’s funny when I first received it Leo couldn’t figure it out and got wacked in the face multiple times but then he came back at it with a vengeance!

This was actually an accidental purchase; I received your item has shipped notification and realized I had accidentally purchased it when I was researching it. It’s the best toy Ever! I’m glad it happed!! My kitty Coconut loves this toy.

The pets love it. Who knew the dog would be into it too? It’s durable, was easy to set up, and not loud or terribly noisy. The butterflies are soft and it comes with a replacement.

My cat is obsessed with it — batting at it nonstop since I set it up for here — I love that it comes with a 2nd butterfly piece for when the first one is destroyed by my cat — overall it seems a little fragile, but that doesn’t bother me — she loves it — it doesn’t come with batteries but I didn’t mind that (required 3 AA)

My cat came around on this one and really likes it. She sits on it, stands over it, and attacks it when it hits her belly. She was at first intimated, but I left it on the floor, turned off and just turned it on here and there for a few minutes. That was the difference. It has held up well, does not tip over, or come off when she is playing. You can see some chews holes, but it is no where near worn out.

I have a 3 month old kitten who I am desperately in need of entertainment that is not connected to me lol. This toy is amazing. He went right to it and it is holding up way better than the skin on my feet and arms lol.It was really stupid simple to put together. It came with everything I needed (except for batteries, you need 3 AAA batteries for it), but I’m a parent and my husband is a gamer so batteries are a staple of this household.It doesn’t make a lot of noise. It comes with two butterflies which is cool because I’m sure at some point he will manage to rip it off the fishing wire it’s connected to.But Mr.Bitey is a happy cat 🙂

I love watching our chubby cat play with this toy. It’s durable and she’s rough with it. The batteries have lasted even with as much time as I put it out for the cats. The butterfly looks a little ragged now but holding up very well considering the way our one cat goes after it. We haven’t had to replace it with the spare and don’t imagine we will for quite awhile! This is the best cat toy we’ve bought!

The bad: The screwdriver that comes with it is not great… It snapped in half just trying to take out the screw so make sure you have your own before getting this, or be prepared to have a few issues with this toy just in case this happens to you.The good: I have two cats, and they both enjoy this toy. Instantly. Both interested in the toy even before it was turned on which is great. One cat swats at it while the other is more rough with it. Pouncing, and pinning the butterfly down before letting it go again. The toy has remained right-side up, and it’s only slide a bit on a rugged surface. I’m still giving this 5 stars because the toy itself is an amazing deal. It’s on sale for me right now at 11 dollars, and I know this is a toy both my cats will play with until it eventually breaks. I’ll update my review when that happens to give a time frame for expected life of the toy.-Owners need to be responsible with this toy!!!-I’ve seen reviews mentioning turning this toy on before leaving the house… DO NOT DO LEAVE THE TOY ON FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME WITH YOUR CAT UNATTENDED TO. Toys without an automatic off feature NEED you to be there to monitor the cat. Overstimulation is a thing, and sadly cats will play TOO hard, and pant because of it which is dangerous for cats with conditions. If you haven’t heard of it look up “Panting cat” for information on the signs to watch out for.
