    Yes, this pillow is hard as other reviews have said. It’s not something you’re going to sink into and that’s what my neck was asking for! It keeps its contour all night and it feels refreshingly cool. I wasn’t sure it would solve my neck pain at first because it was so heavy and stiff but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m sold!

    Just as pictured but does come with a cover over the blue. I do feel the gel like it’s right against my face from time to time (but I also have been using a satin pillowcase) but with it is the coolness which wins. This probably wouldn’t be an issue with a different fabric. Very firm and keeps its shape. My neck has gotten used to that support and now demands it which prompted me to buy this one. My last one had finally tuckered out. (Not the same pillow but almost as firm) You can’t fold this pillow or wad it up. Not for a stomach sleeper. I sleep on my side and it’s just what I wanted!

    This is the absolute best pillow I have ever owned in my life! Will be getting one for my mother! I am a back and side sleeper and it is so comfortable and cool! I am someone that get really hot in my sleep and the cooling gel is phenomenal! The perfect height!

    The zipper could have been a tad better. The pillow itself is fantastic. Great quality, stays cool no funny smell. Good buy wish I would’ve bought when it was on the cheap~cheap, but do not regret paying $56.

    I have used contouring neck pillows for 30 years and this is by far my favorite. I put it on the bed and it was heavy and hard as a rock. But my arthritic neck absolutely loves its stability and coolness in the middle of the night. I highly recommend! I’ll be getting more through Amazon since big box was more expensive.
