1. When you want to customize jewelry, you need to leave message the name and font on the order remarks (for example:name:Zahara font:4) or you can directly send a message to tell us the name and font you need to customize. We would show you the drawing effect if you need.
2. If you don’t tell us the font, we will make it according to the default font.
3. The production time is usually 7-8 working days.
4. When the production is completed, we will send you a photo of the jewelry for inspection before shipping.
You can contact us at any time if you have any questions, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Decent product for the price! Fits great – only thing i would watch out for is the little tear drops at the end to prevent you from pulling out the gold circle which holds it together are pretty thin (to fit the tiny bracelet loops) and was separated when it arrived. It was a pretty easy fix if you have small pylers! Overall impressed with the product and it was delivered right on time!
