One of the cz letters is missing a rhinestone and i received a butterfly instead of a cz heart but all in all this item is very pretty. it’s got a decent weight to it and i ordered it in silver. it’s pretty shiny.

This is probably the best item on this app. The customer service is great, they show you a picture of the bracelet before shipping to make sure its correct! An the actual item is great. Super happy, absolutely recommend. I ordered a 2nd 1 within a week of getting my first 1. my only wish would be that the garnet would be closer to a garnet color.
